WatifAI provides digital SaaS-based services including:

  • Cloud API Services

  • Integrations & APIs

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


2. Subscription Payments

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance.

  • Services will remain active only during the subscription period.

  • Failure to renew may result in suspension or deletion of services, data, templates, contacts, or automations.


3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally

  • Payment deducted but service not activated

  • Technical issue caused directly by WatifAI preventing service usage

  • Incorrect billing due to system error

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Partial usage of subscription period

  • WhatsApp or Meta bans/restrictions

  • Template rejection by Meta

  • Low quality ratings

  • Third-party API failures

  • User policy violations

  • Spam-related suspensions

  • Failure to use the platform

  • Incorrect purchases made by the user

  • Delays caused by telecom operators, Meta, or external providers


5. Trial & Demo Services

Free trials, demo accounts, promotional credits, or test balances are non-refundable and may be limited or revoked at any time.


6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

However:

  • Cancellation does not guarantee refunds

  • Services will remain active until the current billing cycle ends unless terminated earlier for policy violations


7. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

  • Payments deducted but not confirmed are generally reversed automatically by banks or payment gateways.

  • Duplicate transactions, if verified, may be refunded after review.

Processing timelines depend on banks and payment providers.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact WatifAI support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent service termination

  • Restriction from future purchases


9. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take:

  • 5 to 15 business days

depending on banks, UPI providers, or payment gateways.


10. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

WatifAI relies on third-party providers including:

  • Meta

  • WhatsApp

  • OpenAI

  • Telecom operators

  • Cloud hosting providers

  • Payment gateways

We are not responsible for service interruptions, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party providers.


11. Changes to Refund Policy

WatifAI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
