2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally eligible to use the platform
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • Payment Gateways
  • VoIP Providers

WatifAI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms Inc.

Users must comply with all applicable third-party platform policies.


5. Bulk Messaging & Anti-Spam Policy

Users may only send messages to recipients who have:

  • Opted in
  • Provided consent
  • Requested communication

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam messaging
  • Purchased or scraped contact lists
  • Phishing or fraudulent content
  • Misleading promotions
  • Illegal or abusive communication

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Service termination
  • Restriction of platform access
  • Reporting to relevant authorities or providers

6. Payment Processing

All payments made through our platform are processed using secure third-party payment gateway providers.

WatifAI does not store sensitive payment information such as:

  • UPI credentials
  • Banking passwords

8. Subscription & Billing

13. Meta & WhatsApp Compliance Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for complying with:

  • WhatsApp Business Policies
  • Meta Platform Policies
  • Telecom regulations
  • Anti-spam laws

WatifAI is not responsible for:

  • WhatsApp bans or restrictions
  • Meta Business Manager limitations
  • Template rejections
  • Quality rating reductions
  • Messaging restrictions imposed by Meta or WhatsApp

14. Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

  • Software
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • UI/UX
  • Documentation
  • System architecture

are the intellectual property of WatifAI and may not be copied, resold, modified, or redistributed without written permission.


15. Limitation of Liability

WatifAI shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Revenue loss
  • Data loss
  • Delivery failures
  • Account suspensions by third parties
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.


16. Account Suspension & Termination

WatifAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users:

  • Engage in spam or abuse
  • Violate these Terms
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Harm platform infrastructure or reputation
  • Violate Meta or third-party policies

17. Dispute Resolution

Users agree to first contact WatifAI support for resolving billing or service-related disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may lead to permanent account suspension.


18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.


19. Changes to Terms

WatifAI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
